The following are descriptions of the file formats available and their recommended usage.

For Web	Gif file format.	For use in web applications.
For Print - CMYK	Vector EPS file format.	When printing in full colour. Use the process colour variation of the identity.
For Print - PMS	Vector EPS file format	When printing in two colours. Use the Pantone Matching System colour variation of the identity.
For Print - Greyscale	Vector EPS file format	When printing in one colour. Use the greyscale variation of the identity.
For Print - Black	Vector EPS file format	When printing in one colour, and reproduction quality is low. Use the black variation of the identity.
For Print - Knockout + CMYK	Vector EPS file format	When printing on a dark background with process colour. Use the knockout + CMYK variation. This variation comes in process and Pantone versions.
For Print - Knockout + PMS	Vector EPS file format	When printing on a dark background with Pantone Matching System colour. Use the knockout + PMS variation. This variation comes in process and Pantone versions.
For Print - Knockout	Vector EPS file format	When printing on a dark background with one colour. Use the knockout variation.
For Office Use	TIFF file format	Use when embedding into office applications. Optimized for best quality on display and office printers.

Downloading Files

Using Internet Explorer:
To download an image: Right-click on the image link. A pop-up menu will appear. Select "Save target as…" In the Save As window, select the location to save the image.

Using Netscape:
1. Click on the link. The very first time you click on an image link in Netscape, an alert message box will appear with several options for opening and saving the file.
2. Select the action you wish to take and click OK. If you check the box that says "Always perform this action when handling files of this type" the action that you selected will occur automatically the next time you click on an image link.
